OŽIV Privacy Policy
Effective from: 23 October 2026
This page briefly explains what data about you we process, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
1. Who processes your data (controller)

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Please contact us about anything at the email above.
2. What data we process
- Account: email, registration date.
- Photos and results: photos you upload, text prompts, and the videos and photos created. Photos may show faces, which are personal data of you and other people. We do not use photos to recognise or identify people.
- Credits and payments: packs purchased, credit balance and movements, generation history. Card details are processed by Stripe; we never see them.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, access and error logs.
- Language setting: your chosen language (SK / EN / CZ), stored in your browser so the app remembers it.
- Communication: whatever you send us by email (e.g. complaints).
3. What we use the data for and our legal basis

If you upload photos of other people, you are responsible for having their consent. For children, a parent or legal guardian must consent.
We do not use your photos to train AI models.
4. Who we share data with (processors)
These providers help us run the service:

Transfers outside the EU: some providers process data in the USA. Such transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
For some activities (e.g. fraud prevention, meeting its own legal obligations) Stripe acts as an independent controller under its own policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
We do not sell your data. We share it with public authorities only when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep data
- Uploaded photos and results: we do not store them on our own servers. They are processed by the AI provider (Higgsfield), which usually keeps results for at least 7 days and then deletes them under its own terms. Only your browser keeps a link to your last result, for 7 days. You can ask for deletion by email at any time.
- Account and credit balance: for as long as you have an account. Regular credits never expire, so we keep data about them for the life of the account.
- Payment data and accounting records: 10 years (Slovak Accounting Act).
- Complaints and communication: 4 years after resolution, to protect legal claims.
- Technical logs: up to 90 days.
AI providers may store inputs and outputs for a short time under their own terms (Higgsfield usually keeps results for at least 7 days).
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you and get a copy (access),
- have it corrected (rectification),
- have it deleted (erasure) if we no longer need it or have no legal basis,
- restrict its processing,
- receive it in a machine-readable format (portability),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Just email cagobellostudio@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effects on you.
7. Complaints
If you think we are handling your data incorrectly, please email us first at cagobellostudio@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

8. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies / local storage for sign-in, running the app and remembering your language. If analytics or marketing are added, we will use them only with your consent via a cookie banner.
9. Age
The service may only be used by people older than 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will inform you of significant changes in the app or by email.
